NSMQ21: Presec-Legon Beats To Pulp Swesco & One Other SHS To Make It To The Semi-Finals

The defending champions of the 2020 National Science & Maths Quiz (NSMQ), Legon-Presec is "flawlessly beating" its competitors in the ongoing 2021 NSMQ contest.

Presec-legon has beaten to pulp Swedru Senior High School (SWESCO) and Techiman SHS in the NSMQ contest as all schools were planning to plug a slot in the semi-final stage.

After the end of the contest, Legon-Presec was able to secure the semi-final slot with 70 points whereas Swedru SHS and Techiman SHS crawled with 49 and 34 points respectively.

Swedru SHS: 18pts
Techiman SHS: 15pts

NSMQ21: Chemu SHS Kicks Out St. Augustine's College From Contest

Chemu Senior High School (SHS) has ended the 2021 National Science & Maths Quiz (NSMQ) contest for St. Augustine's College (AUGUSCO) and denying them into the Semi-finals of the contest.

Scores of supporters ticked St. Augustine's College of winning the contest. However, Chemu SHS clamp them down at the final stage by beating Augusco with 47 points whereas Augusco and Kanton SHS lags with 44 and 30 points respectively.

This victory has sailed Chemu SHS into the semi-finals.

St. Augustine's College: 21pts
Kanton SHS: 15pts

Chemu SHS: 32pts

Financial clearance when given clearly demands that Newly Trained Teachers must prepare all documents which would be needed for their GES postings. That is, Newly Trained Teachers are to gather their documents to prepare ahead of their postings.

These important documents are;

1. Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) Certificate (College Certificate)

2. Teacher Licensure Provisional Certificate

3. National Service Scheme (NSS) Certificate

What To Do When The GES Portal Is Opened

When the GES portal is opened, Newly Trained Teachers will be required to provide their College Index Number , NSS Number and the Ghana Teacher Licensure Index Number

Please note that you will not be required to upload any document on the GES portal . However, a copy of those documents listed above will rather be taken from you at the district office when posted to that particular district.
